The Central Executive Committee adopted the proposal by the Publicity Secretary, that the name of BULGSA newsletter be changed to: THE VOICE of BULGSA: A TRIBUNE OF WORKERS. “The Voice of”, reflect that the newsletter indeed serves to practically be a mouth piece instrument through which members can confidently air their voices through mature and subjective writing.

“A tribune of workers”, denotes that the newsletter is a fountain of issues variably or invariably affecting workers but dominantly BULGSA.
