We, BULGSA, exist to advocate for favourable terms and conditions of employment, protection against all forms of unfairness in the workplace of members and in promotion of productivity and delivery of quality services to all communities in consultation with all stakeholders and with a spirit of openness, transparency, through visionary and transformative leadership.
